You can browse the website and use the seven-day plan without creating an account or providing an email address. Taking part does not subscribe you to any messages.

Taking part is voluntary

The reset is a personal, unsupervised commitment. There is nothing to complete, no verification of whether you stayed offline, and no consequence for stopping early. You decide what you pause and what you keep.
